SUBJECT:  CONSIDERATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE WESTSIDE GLENWOOD TRAIL SYSTEM



Per Municipal Code No. 7.04.060, the Recreation Division Manager is receiving all written or oral statements regarding the proposed rules and regulations of the Westside Glenwood Trail System. The proposed rules and regulations are available at the Parks & Recreation Division Office, 361 Kings Village Road, Scotts Valley. A public hearing will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 1 pm at the Parks and Recreation Division Office, located at 361 Kings Village Road.

All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing or send their written comments to the Recreation Division Office, 361 Kings Village Road, Scotts Valley, CA 95066 or email to  rec@scottsvalley.org.  

NOTICE:   If you challenge the above in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this Notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Scotts Valley (1 Civic Center Drive, Scotts Valley) at, or prior to, the close of the public hearing.
