Can you believe it is Spring already? Since local schools will be closed for Spring Break April 1 - 5, 2019, why not do some spring cleaning? You can take advantage of Green Waste's Spring Clean-Up Day that same week!

General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC)

The next GPAC will be Monday, May 6, 2019 from 6pm-8pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The agenda will include a review of the results of the traffic analysis for existing conditions at key intersections and a review of the Draft Mobility Element.

DARE Graduation Ceremonies

Don’t forget to save the date for the following upcoming DARE graduation ceremonies:

Vine Hill Elementary School - Monday, March 25, 2019, 1 pm

Spring Clean Up

April 1^st – 5^th is Scotts Valley’s Spring Clean Up! Green Waste will pick up unlimited bags or cans and one bulky item. All items must be curbside by 5 am on your regular day of service.

Fire Response/Prevention Forum

There will be a fire response prevention forum on Saturday, April 30, 2019 from 10 am – 12:30 pm at the Scotts Valley Community Center. The event is sponsored by Assembly Member Stone, Board Supervisor Bruce McPherson, and local safety personnel.

Help Us Be a Bicycle Friendly City - Take the Survey!

The City recently applied for Bicycle Friendly Community status from the League of American Bicyclists. As part of its review process, the League is seeking community input via survey on bicycling in The survey will remain open through Sunday, March 24, 2019. April 3, 2019 City Council Meeting Cancelled

The Wednesday, April 3, 2019 Council meeting has been cancelled, in part due to Spring Break and a limited number of council agenda items.
